Telling us three things turns most questions into a single reply: the email address you sign in with, the name of the project, and what you expected to happen instead of what did. A screenshot is worth more than a description.

Use the forgot password link on the sign in page first. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam, then write to us: we can tell you whether the address is on an account at all, which is usually the real answer.

Accounts are created by the organization running the project, not by signing up. If nobody has added you yet, ask whoever runs the project to invite you.

Work captured without a connection is held on that device until it has somewhere to go. It is not lost and it does not need to be retyped. Open the app with a connection and it uploads on its own; the indicator at the bottom of the screen shows anything still waiting, and tapping Details says what each item is and why it has not gone yet.

If something there reports an error rather than waiting for a connection, send us that message. It names the reason.

Project Vault is billed by invoice against a purchase order, not by card, and nothing is charged through the App Store. For a copy of an invoice, a W-9, a change to the billing contact, or anything your finance office needs, write to us and say which organization it concerns.

You can close your own account from Settings inside the app. Project records stay with the organization that owns them, since an RFI you raised or a change order you signed is part of a public project’s record and does not leave with you. Your name and contact details are erased.
